What happens to my current recharge?
Your current recharge amount will remain unchanged until the end of the relevant recharge expiry period, even if the expiry period is after 22nd October 2024.
However, once your recharge expires, only the in-market plan options will be available for recharge.
What are some of the key features of the plans and the inclusions from 22nd October 2024.
Our plans are a prepaid mobile service offered by Kogan Mobile using the Vodafone network. Here are the plans affected by a price increase to the recharge price and the inclusions that will take effect on 22nd October 2024. If you are an existing customer, you can check or change your plan by logging into your Kogan Mobile Account.

What happens if I’m on Auto-Recharge?
Your next Automatic Recharge after 22nd October 2024, will be updated as per the text that you received from us. Please refer to the table above or head to our Automatic Recharge support page.
To opt out of Automatic Recharge for 365 Day Plans head to the Kogan Mobile Portal.
To opt-out of Automatic Recharge for Monthly Plans please call Customer Care on 12612 from your Kogan Mobile phone or call 1300 056 426 from any other phone.
What happens if I have a valid existing activation or recharge voucher for a plan that I haven’t used yet?
If you previously purchased a valid activation or recharge voucher prior to 22nd October 2024, you’ll still be able to use that voucher and if you activate that voucher after 22nd October 2024 but before to the voucher expiry date, you will receive the new inclusions at no additional cost.
What happens to the data that I’ve banked.
After 22nd October 2024, customers will still have access to the data that they have banked (up to a maximum of 200GB for Monthly Plans). Banked data and relevant expiry periods remain unchanged.
