A Kogan Mobile SIM card must be ordered from kogan.com, dicksmith.com.aubefore a Prepaid Plan can be activated. SIM delivery takes up to 10 working days, after which you can activate your Plan. Standard calls include: calls to standard national fixed lines, standard national mobiles; calls to 13, 1300 and 18 numbers and calls to voicemail. All for use within Australia. Monthly Data sessions rounded to the nearest KB. Once data inclusion is exhausted, your access to data will cease until your plan automatically recharges the following month. You can rollover up to 200GB of unused data when your plan automatically recharges each month of the 12 Month Commitment Term. Your included monthly data will be used first, followed by any rolled over data. Data in excess of 200GB will not roll over and will be forfeited. If your recharge has expired and is not renewed, or you cancel or change plans, you will lose any rolled-over data.For Monthly Plans up to 560640MB (LARGE Monthly Plan) or 996693MB (EXTRA LARGE Monthly Plan) will be added to the account. 1GB = 1024MB. If at any point a higher data amount is offered by Kogan Mobile customers, Monthly Plans will automatically be upgraded to that data amount.
