Calls to Selected Countries Pack - Frequently Asked Questions
What are Calls to Selected Countries packs?
The term ‘Calls to Selected Countries Packs’ is used to reference the three following packs: Calls to 10 Countries Pack, Calls to 15 Countries Pack and Calls to 20 Countries Pack.
How can I buy any of the Calls to Selected Countries packs?
You can buy our Calls to Selected Countries packs on koganmobile.com.au, or in the Kogan app. Login to buy now.
Am I eligible to buy a Calls to Selected Countries pack?
If you have an active Kogan prepaid plan, you can buy any of the Calls to Selected Countries packs.
Can I have more than one pack on my account at the same time?
You can have up to five of each type of Calls to Selected Countries packs active simultaneously. The Calls to Selected Countries pack with the earliest expiry will be consumed first.
You can have up to 15 active Calls to Selected Countries packs at any given time (five of each type as per the point above). However, the expiry of the packs does not stack. Each pack will expire after 30 days, regardless of whether you have more than one active Calls to Selected Countries pack active.
When you have different types of Calls to Selected Countries packs active simultaneously and you make a call to a country that is included in more than one of the Calls to Selected Countries packs, the call minutes from the Calls to Selected Countries pack with the earliest expiry will be consumed first.
How do the packs work?
The Calls to Selected Countries packs enable you to use 250 minutes of standard international voice calls to selected international countries for 30 days or until exhausted (whichever comes earlier).
No texts are included with the Calls to Selected Countries packs.
No data is included with Calls to Selected Countries packs.
You need to be in Australia to be able to use the Calls to Selected Countries packs.
The costs are $5, $10 or $15. The selected countries are as follows:
Calls to 10 Countries Pack includes:
U.S.A, China, Canada, U.K, India, Singapore, Germany, South Korea, Malaysia, Ireland
Calls to 15 Countries includes:
U.S.A., China, Canada, U.K, India, Singapore, Germany, South Korea, Malaysia, Ireland, Hong Kong, Colombia, Bangladesh, New Zealand, Thailand
Calls to 20 Countries Pack includes:
U.S.A., China, Canada, U.K, India, Singapore, Germany, South Korea, Malaysia, Ireland, Hong Kong, Colombia, Bangladesh, New Zealand, Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, Pakistan, Chile, Brazil
When will the pack expire in case I have more than one pack?
Regardless of how many Calls to Selected Countries packs you have, the expiry for each pack is always 30 days. The expiry of the packs does not stack.
Are Calls to Selected Countries packs bundled with any other Telecommunications Services?
The Calls to Selected Countries packs can only be used to add additional services to the following Plans:

- SMALL – 365 DAYS
- MEDIUM – 30 DAYS
- MEDIUM – 90 DAYS
- MEDIUM – 365 DAYS
- LARGE – 30 DAYS

- EXTRA LARGE – 30 DAYS
- EXTRA LARGE – 90 DAYS
- EXTRA LARGE – 365 DAYS
What about the Premium Access pack? Can I have that together with a Calls to Selected Countries pack? How does that work?
You can have any or all of the Calls to Selected Countries packs together with the Premium Access Pack. The pack with the earliest expiry will be used first, whether that is the Premium Access Pack or one of the Calls to Selected Countries packs. If you want to use the Premium Access Pack for sending international text messages, and one of the Calls to Selected Countries packs for calls, make sure you buy the Calls to Selected Countries pack first.
